Refunds:

If for any reason you change your mind before we start your build we will send 100 % of the £500 back to your account. This can take up to 5 working days from being processed.

Further as the Mining Rigs are custom built we do not offer any refunds once your build has started, been delivered or has been used. We can how ever assist in the resale of your equipment should you change your mind.

Our Commitment:

For us this is the most important part of any deal when it comes to buying a rig from UK Mining Rig.

Our commitment to all our clients is to provide remote assistance to keep your rigs online with as much uptime as possible. We simply dial into the rigs if anything needs adjusing or fixing at any time with your permisson.

Further we also use whattsapp video calling to diagnose any issues so be rest assured you are fully supported and will not be left on your own.

Although we can’t offer 24/7 support the service we provide is pretty much around the clock. (unless we are sleeping). You are covered fully for free on all the parts we supply.

After 12 months there will be a charge to cover any time sending parts back or fixing your Rig. You will note below that the parts listed all have between 3 & 5 years cover included.

The Rigs include:

– A 12 month return to base warranty which covers all the parts supplied
– Full support via remote assistance to keep your Rig online
– Access to our companies mobile phone number so we can be contacted anytime

Other usefull information:

– We only use new Components
– Graphics Cards with a 3 year warranty
– Power supplies with a 5 year warranty
– Memory with a lifetime warranty
– Motherboards with a 3 year warranty
– Processors with a 3 year warranty

After 12 months what happens?

– We are offering a fully supported service for £25 per month (just like your 12 month warranty)
